During the last several months, my treatments with Tejal have always left me feeling like a new woman! She is very attentive to not only what I am saying, but also to what my body is telling her. Her caring approach is very thorough!

Rachelle and the team have done a tremendous job in preparing and supporting my wife through chemotherapy treatment. We have met several times via telepresence since we are not local, but Rachelle has led the way in providing lifestyle and nutritional advice, along with prescribing medical-grade supplements to help…

I have been seeing Dr Christian Pedretti since winter 2022 and I can’t express enough how helpful he has been in my wellness journey. Many of my symptoms are non-existent anymore or much more manageable.

★★★★★ — Lauren, May 2023

We had an amazing experience with Saudy Carrera! My daughter was experiencing lingering daily migraines and upper body aches from a severe concussion. We tried several specialists and medications with no relief. This went on for 17 months. After her first visit her migraines went away and body aches cleared up.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
