Godhands Pain Therapy is the best local medical massage clinic, It is much better than other physic therapy or chiropractic offices. I was suffered from my lower back pain, hip pain and sciatica for 10 years, and also has pain problems on my neck, I couldn't sleep on night and take walks well recently, the pain feels…
I came in hurting and feeling super discouraged by the pain and poor posture from my pain. The treatment I received was a medical massage it’s intensive like it hurts but you know your body needs it. Just breathe and focus on healing the parts of your body that are stuck.
Oh My God..!!! Adam is so amazing.. I have been having neck and shoulder problems since DECEMBER..!!! I went to a few massage places to find help I got hot stones , deep tissue , Swedish massage, NOTHING WORKED. I was about to just give up until I found God's Hands literally. My first session was a huge relief.
This is the best massage therapist in LA area. Adam is good at all pain treatment. He is very patient to listen to my problems and check my pain problems. This is my second time to get massage therapy with Adam. I had a painful lower back before. now I felt much better . I really like this massage place.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
