Kathy is absolutely amazing she is the front desk lady at the hospital building and we love seeing her. She is always pleasant, friendly, and genuine. I cannot stress enough how much I love walking in every time and seeing Kathy because just makes you fell welcome.

I have had several opportunities to utilize GO Physical Therapy in the last few years and have always been impressed with the ease of scheduling, the professionalism of the staff, and the genuine degree of " caring " that was shown.

Michelle is an excellent Physical Therapist! She is very knowledgeable and gives great tips and exercises to continue therapy at home. She is also very personable and cares about the patients that she treats. The GO Physical Therapy team are all very friendly and personable.

★★★★★ — Mary, May 2025

Michelle at Go PT is a champion in her field. After a knee surgery great physical therapy and exercise coaching are a must, but I also needed encouragement and perspective when the healing seemed to be going so slowly. Michele and her team were there with and for me through the whole recovery process.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
