From the reviews
I cannot recommend Jasmine at Go Physical Therapy enough! From the very first session, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understand why each exercise and technique matters for my healing journey.
Go Mobility gave me my life back. I was extremely weak and had a great deal of pain when I started working with Jenny. She listened intently and for the first time in a long time I felt heard and hopeful.
I’ve been coming here since September and I love the team here and I would recommend them anytime. I like how they all get along and everyone’s so friendly and they are good at their jobs. Hayden had to put up me with me the most in OT. He has a great personality and he never gave up on me.
I would highly recommend Hastings Balance Mobility! All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Jasmine was my therapist and she was amazing! She taught me about body mechanics and breathing techniques that helped my body immensely during pregnancy, child birth and postpartum.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
