Liposuction Angel I was looking for a Lymphatic Massage Therapist after having Lipo. Thank Goodness I did! I thought that I would not be able to stand anybody touching my surgery areas as I had a lot of inflammation. I was amazed after seeing Addie, she was very gentle and very knowledgeable about the tender areas.
This is by far the best place I have gone to for cupping & massage. I had a procedure done and she was available the same say. I can honestly say without a doubt she is phenomenal, experienced, and professional. Love this lady!
Glia’s is the real deal! I blindly visited this center because my Doctor felt my back during a routine physical exam and advised me to find a Massage Therapist that can work on “trigger points.” I called, made a same day appointment with Andrea and I am so grateful that I did. Aidee was on point.
I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was worth EVERY penny. She took the time to work out all of my tension spots and it was a bit painful but definitely much needed. I walked out feeling much lighter and a lot of the tension is gone! If you're thinking about booking with her definitely do it!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
