What clients say about the cupping here
“Everything was very clean and well organized.”
From the reviews
Came here because a friend referred me and at the introductory price, I said why not. Booked online with ease and came to the appointment about 10 minutes early for paperwork. Place is very clean and staff was friendly. Ron was my masseuse and very thorough. I needed kinks worked out and he did just that.
Excellent massage with patient and friendly staff. I recommend this establishment.
The atmosphere was very soothing and I felt like a new person walking on a cloud😊
Great staff, accommodated me last minute in the middle of our relocation to norwich. Everything was very clean and well organized. I have 4 herniated disks in my lower back, and I need these massages to help ease the tension. My massage therapist was excellent.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
