From the reviews

Michele is one of the most gifted body workers I have ever met! She is knowledgeable in several modalities. As a massage therapist she is slow, thorough, intuitive and takes an approach I've never experienced from anyone else.

★★★★★ — Luisa, May 2025

I recently injured my back and went to Michele for help to get my pain and healing under control, as I did not wish to seek conventional medicine or drugs as a first resort.

★★★★★ — K, Jun 2025

I recently had a bodywork session with Michele and honestly it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the space felt incredibly peaceful, grounded, and welcoming. It is the kind of environment where your nervous system immediately starts to exhale.

★★★★★ — Aubrey, Mar 2026

Michelle holds such a beautiful space to both tune into individual needs and also utilize her knowledge and modalities to attune to what she can sense the body needs.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
