From the reviews

They offer many different types of massages but the one I'm excited about is the orthopedic. This technique combines traditional benefits of massage but with a kick. Its approach targets specific muscles/ muscle groups to address muscle imbalances and rehab scar tissue. .

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Galveston. We recently booked our first couple’s massage here and were very pleased. Clean, professional and friendly environment. Sharon was my therapist and I highly recommend her. She listened to my needs and adjusted her program accordingly to really target those areas.

I compete regularly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and train on a daily basis. I had a competition on a Sunday and drive 8 hours the next day. My back tenses up into a big boy. I felt pain shoot through your my body. I fight for a world championship in one month.

Genesis worked her magic with her hands. I was so stiffed and tense and knotted up, from a recent accident and from workouts.. I felt so good after, I was able to turn my neck without any stress or pressure. I was able to bend at my injured knee! I felt like a million bucks🎉the ambiance and music was so relaxing..

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
