From the reviews
I am so impressed with G-Medical. The office staff greeted me warmly, the ambience is calming and clean. I had a spectacular 1.5 hour neuromuscular massage and cupping by Adam. He listened to my complaints, took notes, and gifted me with a fabulous session that took away my stress completely.
Jesica is the best! Well, I have to say she the only massage therapist I visit, but can tell that everyone here has such positive energy. I have been getting massages from Jesica since before the pandemic—time sure flies! She is very in tune with what your body needs and helps alleviate any and all stress.
I've been coming to G-Medical Massage Spa since 2013, and it has consistently been an exceptional experience. Giovanna is an amazing owner and bodyworker - professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. Everything she does, she does with pride and integrity. Her team is a true dream team.
I absolutely LOVE G-MED Spa! As a physician myself, it’s incredibly important to have a skilled and trustworthy team supporting my body and G-MED consistently exceeds expectations. Their team is highly trained and true experts in their fields! What really sets them apart is their thorough approach.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
