I had my surgery December 16 I did Home therapy Which was good but I wasn’t getting very far I went one day to Fypical . Wow what a difference I could feel the pain but I didn’t have the swelling and stiffness .
In my opinion, Fyzical (Eastside Joe Battle) is the best physical therapy establishment in El Paso. Every time I have had occasion to need their services they have done a superb job at getting me back to normal or better.

After my shoulder surgery, I was a little nervous about starting physical therapy, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and confident about this next step. She was encouraging, professional, and took the time to explain things clearly.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
