This is the best spa I have been to. 1. Was able to walk in. 2. The therapist confirmed intensity level for different parts of the body. I like a hard deep tissue in upper back but less intense lower back. 3. Relaxing!!! 4. So kind. All in all this will be my go to spot from here forward.
I went for my first time ever to get a massage. I went here, didn't really know to do lol but the lady ( I can't remember which one it was, sorry ) she was very patient with me. Felt very nice and the lady was very sweet and very professional! ! Will definitely be going back!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
