From the reviews

Hayley at Fuel Physical Therapy was an absolute joy to work with. I was diagnosed with sacroiliac joint dysfunction and was seeing a chiropractor for 7 weeks before deciding to seek out PT help. I had no range of motion in my hips and my back, and eventually my hamstrings were affected as well.

★★★★★ — Phern, Sep 2021

It was a pleasure to work with Hayley and Eric these past few weeks. I came in with back pain and they took the time to go over my complete history to pinpoint the root of my problem. We used many therapy measures on-site. They made a personalized exercise plan that was easy to fit into my busy schedule at home.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Dec 2023

I am a 31-year-old male and I had sustained a non-contact knee injury to my left knee while playing recreational basketball in March of 2021. My MRI analysis stated a *suspected* complete ACL tear, medial meniscus tear, LCL sprain, MCL sprain and ALL (anterolateral ligament) avulsion.

★★★★★ — Kyle, May 2021

I had a great experience at Fuel. I came in with knee pain and limited shoulder strength and mobility. By the time I was discharged, I felt good as new. I worked primarily with Alex over the course of my time at Fuel. He was friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
