From the reviews

When I tell you God placed me in the right hands with Dr. Anthony, I mean that with my whole chest. This man is not just a chiropractor — he is a disciple with a heart, a servant with purpose, and a healer who carries himself with humility and respect.

This place is great! Our whole family has been seen here. My son sees a massage therapist for sensory! The schedule they offer works perfect for our schedules and we are able to be seen as often as we need. We leave there feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I can’t recommend 4th Ave chiropractic enough. I see Dr Anthony Durant and he has been incredibly dedicated to helping me get back to running again. I’ve dealt with unexplained knee pain and back pain for almost ten years and have seen countless providers with no clear answers.

I've been going to 4th Ave for over a year now. The entire staff is amazing! Dr. Jason is super thorough and knows exactly what needs adjusted. But the hidden gem is by far and away LMT Lori!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
