From the reviews

I worked with Brent Losee for my shoulder pain. I honestly thought something was torn and that I would need surgery. I had about 6 visits with him and noticed improvement within the first 2 appointments. He helped me strengthen my stabilizing muscles around my shoulder, dry needled my shoulder and did some cupping.

Aleks and Everett were the best to work with! I always look forward to coming in and working with them. Both very personable and passionate about their work. Thanks for making physical therapy fun!

I cannot say enough good things about the care I received at Foundation Physical Therapy, especially from Aleksandr. From the very beginning, he was incredibly dedicated to helping me figure out what was causing my pain. My situation did not fit into a typical diagnosis, which made the process challenging.

★★★★★ — Kelli, Jun 2026

I was referred to Foundation physical therapy after experiencing a traumatic child birth and back injury with lots of ups and downs. Everyone in the clinic from the front office to the therapists have been so helpful and supportive.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
