From the reviews

I went to Foundation PT with a lot of pain in my arthritic knees. Stability and balance were issues too. I met with a lot of professional yet kind people at Foundation. Right from scheduling my appointments all the way to graduation the support staff like Hannah and Julie worked with me to ensure everything was smooth.

★★★★★ — Parvathy, Feb 2026

I came to Foundation Physical Therapy in rough shape. I couldn't lay on my right side for more than five minutes, I had severe pain shooting up and down my leg, and I was so stiff that when they asked me my pain level on a scale of 1 to 10, I told them- half joking, but completely serious- that I was operating at a 15.

★★★★★ — Shay, Apr 2026

I would like to thank the entire staff at Foundation Physical Therapy for their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to helping their patients achieve their recovery goals. From the very beginning, everyone treated me with patience, understanding, and genuine care during a very difficult time in my life.

★★★★★ — Tony, Jun 2026

My experience here was phenomenal. I came here looking for help about 2 1/2 years post knee replacements. I had completed the recommended PT elsewhere, but still had severe pain and an inability to comfortably do most normal activities, and little promise of improvement at this point.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
