From the reviews
Melissa is awesome! I feel heard and very taken care when I see her for deep tissue massage/cupping. I look so forward to our appointments not only for my aches and pains but to also see and talk with her! 🙏🏼
The best massage you’ll ever receive and I love the cupping as well as the crystal heated massage table!
Therapeutic and necessary! Chad and Melissa are great, so glad we discovered them!!!
I have been with FM&M for over 6 years. They look at my age of 70 and work with what I can do physically and what needs improvement. I feel so much better and stronger than I have in the past. My goal is to continue this so I can stay active as I age. Doing workouts twice a week with Melissa make a huge difference.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
