I had slept wrong or something as I woke up and could barely turn my head/neck left. My normal masseuse at Massage Envy was not available the day of so opted to try this location. My masseuse here was Helen. She was super polite and professional.
We travel often with little to no notice, with that being said making an appointment is very difficult. We are used to getting poor to decent massages at best due to not being able to make appointments at the busy establishments. Well we found the best massage spot in the Destin / Fort Walton beach area.
Would have given 5 stars, but during my massage someone came in and the lady giving my massage stopped to have a conversation with whomever it wad at 2 different times, then had several text messages or alerts go off on her phone during the massage too.
I can admit that I’ll be back, and I’m not even from Florida. Aana is such an amazing soul and does a great job at what she does. Much respect. The deep tissue massage was much needed and she went above and beyond to make me feel reborn again. I walked out on clouds after. Perfect experience.

What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
