From the reviews

The masseuse was very knowledgeable about problem areas and what might be the cause of the pain I was having. She did some really tedious muscle and fascia work, with targeted techniques and cupping to encourage blood flow. Excellent experience, I would not hesitate to book again.

★★★★★ — Patricia, May 2025

Amanda gave me an excellent relaxing massage. Very nice and professional. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. I will see her next year when I'm back in the area.

★★★★★ — Ross, Apr 2024

My experiences with Amanda have been the best massages I've ever received, hands-down! I don't want to leave the table when it's over. I appreciate that she will customize to my preference on what's bothering me that day, and structure the massage around my goals or the experience I want.

★★★★★ — Audrey, Dec 2025

I rarely write reviews, but I had to after my session with Amanda! One thing I loved was that she communicated before the session to ensure everything I needed was addressed. She listened to all of my needs and relieved my stress and tension.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
