From the reviews

The best massages we ever had. This was my first time at Flourish and definitely won't be my last! Jeff did a great job and I appreciated him checking in during the deep tissue massage to make sure if the pressure was what I was wanting.

★★★★★ — Andrew, Jan 2025

Today I had a maternity massage and crown treatment with Amber. She did an excellent job making me comfortable, foreshadowing my appointment, and walking me through the maternity massage experience as it was my first while pregnant. She checked in on pressure and guided me as I needed to move.

★★★★★ — Stephanie, Mar 2025

Jeff was professional, pleasant, and provided an exceptional massage experience. He was attentive to my needs, ensuring I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and free of tension. Highly recommend!

★★★★★ — Luke, Mar 2025

I received a 60 min deep tissue massage from Kameron, she was great at finding my knots/trigger points and was able to work them out. The facility was clean and welcoming to all 10 out of 10 recommend.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
