…Tried the cupping today, and the cold facial, loved them both. While I enjoy the floats and purchased some as part of a promotion I don’t think they are for me to continue doing. Just have a hard time relaxing in the water, but know a few people who love them.

A fantastic experience all around. The facility was meticulously clean and welcoming. The process was well explained. And the float was so relaxing, you can feel your stress just melt away. It also helped temporarily relieve some back pain I've been dealing with, which was a nice bonus.
Love this place. Best place to help with stress, muscle spasms, and pain. Love the water so very relaxing for me. Can't sink! Can leave lights on or turn off. I prefer the dark. They can leave music on our turn off.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
