From the reviews
Angelo has been working on me for several years. I’m 75 and have an arthritic knee. He’s able to keep me going — resistance and cardio workouts, hiking and golf. He has an intuitive sense of how to release tension and make tendons and fascia more supple. Try it you’ll like it.
Angelo is an amazing very experienced massage bodyworker! I've been seeing him for years. I trust him to work on my clients and family as well. Angelo's work is gentle, pain free and highly effective! You'll be in very good, caring and capable hands.
I’ve had good massages before, but Angelo is really on another level. It’s like he hits a factory reset button, melting away years-old pains with careful and targeted touch.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
