From the reviews

This was my first massage. I was very nervous as I have had several back surgeries and I thought that a massage might be too painful or do more harm than good. I was wrong, she did an amazing job relieving my muscle tension. Jaadin was very nice, very professional, and she made me feel comfortable with the process.

★★★★★ — Dave, Jul 2021

I was having a muscle tension migraine and I contacted Jaadin on a Sunday during a holiday weekend and she went out of her way to accommodate my last minute request to come out to our house and also made time to fit in a massage for my husband too.

★★★★★ — Gabby, May 2024

Coaching with Jaadin was such a great experience! She has a way of asking questions that made me think in a way I never have before. When we started, I was feeling so frustrated with my body and inability to lose weight but going through this process I realized that I was stuck in a loop of resentment that had nothing…

★★★★★ — Emily, May 2023

I booked an appointment with Jaadin on a whim when I was in the Finger Lakes area this summer. I am so glad I found her! I've gotten many massages in my life, and this was the best massage I've ever had. The way she found tightness and worked it loose was incredible. She also has a kind and soothing demeanor.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
