From the reviews

I am a long time sufferer of Cranial Cervical Instability (CCI). I’ve been dealing with it for over 25 years. In fact I have been dealing with it so long that they didn’t even have a title for it that long ago. Treating this has been a full time job for me.

Dr Jordan is an incredible physical therapist! I sought treatment from Dr Jordan after suffering extreme pain in my lower back for over a year. Whenever I would stand up from a seated position, I’d experience excruciating pain in my lower back as I attempted to move my right leg.

I highly recommend Dr. Jordan. He’s a Physical Therapist who works outside of insurance and focuses on actually helping patients heal instead of creating lifelong dependency. I started seeing him because my recovery from shoulder surgery wasn’t progressing well with my insurance PT.

Dr Jordan has been working with my athlete teen daughter on unique injuries. We have had a great experience with Dr Jordan as he works through addressing and correcting her injuries/pain. What really sets him apart is the whole-body approach.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
