From the reviews
I recently began playing volleyball with some friends a few times a week. After living a mostly sedentary life these past two years due to Covid and a job change, I instantly realized how out of shape I had become.
Dr. Tran is the best chiropractor I've had! I won a raffle to see him last year and I'm glad that I did. I get adjustments from him once or twice a month. He uses cupping and pressure points to ease my pain from head to toes. He is patient, is easy to schedule with, and takes his time during the appointment.
I’ve been to a few chiropractors before, but Dr. Tran has honestly been the best experience I’ve had. He really listens when I explain where the pain is, and he takes his time to focus on those spots instead of rushing through the appointment.
Hurt my arm pretty badly and it wasn’t recovering, so I went to doctor Lane. Each time I went, I could feel the difference of my arm getting better and better. He explained to me what was wrong with my arm and how to avoid getting in that situation again.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
