Dr. Fritz is AWESOME!!! I was at a pain level 10 non-functional and dependent on a walker and a wheelchair to get around due to extreme low back and hip pain. In just one visit my pain went to a manageable level four. After four visits I am completely off of the walker and wheelchair and able to return to work.
Fritz is very knowledgeable about acupuncture. He explains each procedure thoroughly and with great details, so I know exactly what he is doing to my body. I've been to 2 other acupuncture practitioners in the past, and Fritz is at another level.
I was suffering from radiation scar tissue damage in my arm and it was hard to move and painful. My first visit with Fritz was great. He listen to my concerns and found him to be very knowledgeable in that area. He discussed the game plan and made sure I understood.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
