I am 35 and dealt with low back pain for the 1st time in my life. I thought I was still in my 20's and lifted something the wrong way. I'm a pretty active guy and could barely drive or sleep without having pain in my low back.
GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE PAIN FREE. PERIOD! I started with Alex for my chronic low back and nerve pain. After 2 fabulous massages, he referred me to the owner Brian for an alternative treatment he thought might help me even more (I have spine and nerve damage).
Brian is amazing! I have had really bad shoulder pain for years that traditional doctors could never figure out. I have been to an Orthopedist, multiple PT’s and it never got better. Brian made me feel infinitely better in one session!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Brian and ANF Therapy. I had been struggling with severe sciatic and lower back pain for a long time. At one point the pain was going from my lower back down through my hip and leg into my calf and foot.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
