From the reviews

Dr Tom is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and intuitive. A visit with Dr Tom is very unique he does so many different healing styles and can roll them all into one appointment. For instance, in one appointment you can get chiropractic, acupuncture, supplement advice, and a whole slew of other body and energy work.

I’ve had such a great experience at Eyrich Natural Health. When I first started going, I felt constantly wired and stressed, but that has improved so much since beginning care here. The chiropractic adjustments are gentle but really effective, and the acupuncture has helped calm my system in a way I didn’t expect.

I am so thankful for Dr Eyrich! He has helped my entire family with various health issues. It’s really been quite miraculous what he has been able to do compared to what I’ve experienced with western medicine. I love the acupuncture and have discovered many things with the bio meridian machines.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Feb 2022

I started going to Dr. Eyrich after a terrifying health diagnosis. I decided to use both Eastern and Western modalities to treat the disease. Dr. Tom recommended supplements to support and work with the oncology medications. His hands on treatment is the best, using acupuncture, energy field work and guided meditation.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
