I see Lynn for facial acupuncture, acupuncture, and orthopedic massage. I have never tried acupuncture before but was curious to see if it would help debloated my puffiness on my face, help with digestive issues, and my tailbone pain. It has helped me so much.
I absolutely love Exuberance Wellness Center! The staff are so friendly and Dr. Christie is incredible. I’ve had massage therapy with Jenilee, who is amazing, and muscle and fascia therapy with Tony, which was also excellent.
I have been a patient of Dr. Christy for a long time now. She always finds a way to make me comfortable and gets down to the problem. Always offering suggestions for prevention of injury in the future. The staff is also amazing and always so friendly and helpful.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
