From the reviews

I cannot say enough good things about Krista. I came in with a back injury barely able to walk or move. I was truly in shambles and felt like my body had completely hit the brakes.

★★★★★ — Kimberly, Jan 2026

I can’t say enough good things about Krista. After two ankle surgeries, I was in for a long, frustrating recovery, but she made the whole process feel manageable (and honestly way faster than I expected). She really takes the time to understand what’s going on and tailored everything to where I was at.

★★★★★ — Korie, Apr 2026

I’ve been going to Hutch at EPTG for about a year for a herniated disc, and he has been incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and personable, and truly cares about his patients’ progress.

★★★★★ — Cara, Apr 2026

I came to EPTG last year and 2025 and the physical therapist name Hutch told me that I desperately needed to see an orthopedic doctor before he will work with me. He gave me the phone number to One Oak medical and I seen a orthopedic doctor named Dr.Arain. Hutch was right, I needed a surgery.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
