From the reviews
Absolutely! Here's a review for you: --- I cannot recommend Evolve Physical Therapy highly enough! Dr. Morgan and Dr. Siusi have been instrumental in helping me eliminate headaches caused by neck/shoulder pain.
Morgan at Evolve Wellness Physical Therapy is phenomenal. I had surgery to repair a complex meniscus tear end of December 2025. I had seen Morgan in the past (prior to Evolve) so I reached out to her and asked if she could recommend a physical therapist down by the Cape where I now live.
I have been experiencing neck, jaw and shoulder pain for almost a year that affects my mobility and day to day activities. I tried PT at other locations, but was not having much improvement. Since I have started to work with Dr.
Dr Siusi is by far the most knowledgeable and effective PT I’ve seen. She listens and validates my concerns. Dr Siusi has used a mix of treatments (manual therapy, cupping, dry needling, and e-stim) to address my pain. As a result I leave her office feeling exponentially better each time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
