Jay Sears is the absolute BEST! I will never go to any other PT ever again! I walked into Jay about 7 weeks after a pcl & lcl knee reconstruction I was pretty much stiff, couldn’t bend my knee past 40 degrees. I was facing possibly a second surgery for a knee manipulation to breakup my scar tissue.
Jay, Randianne and their team at Evolve are amazing! Even though they are not in network with my insurance, it is well worth the treatment I get. People asked me where I go for physical therapy and when I tell them, they agree that this is a one of a kind place!
I injured my elbow and tried to work through it, it was eventually bad enough I couldn't grip anything anymore. Hailey was able to get me going again in record time, was super knowledgeable, friendly, and the absolute best. Every person in here is so friendly and a joy to see when I come in.
I cannot speak highly enough about their facilities and their team. My highschool senior had knee surgery end of Oct. They made scheduling so simple for me as everything with surgery was so overwhelming. PT has more than just building a knee back to full function.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
