Life Changing! I have been going to Gabe for over a year now, and I have to say he has changed my life and attitude for the benefits of Acupuncture! I initially called Evolve on a referral from a friend, I was at my wits end with back pain!
I had six sessions with Gabe I went there due to my back going out again, first time with a walker cuz I couldn't even walk, went out of there walking, if you thought about acupuncture or have not tried it now's the Time to take the chance it's worth it.
I've been going for about 2 months have never done acupuncture before I enjoy the atmosphere at evolve acupuncture Gabriel is amazing at what he does and is also very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with you definitely a great tool to have for trying some non-conventional pain relief
I have nothing but positive results with Gabe. He is very professional and ensures your comfort. I would highly recommend anyone to this practice. Thank you Gabe for helping in such a profound transition holistically, with your knowledge and expertise of TCM. Sarah Walker
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
