From the reviews

Andrea is amazing if you’re looking for real therapeutic work instead of just a relaxing spa massage. She truly focuses on helping you feel better, especially if you deal with pain, tension, or chronic knots. She takes the time to work through problem areas and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting results.

★★★★★ — Stacey, May 2026

I have been seeing Andrea for over 5 years. Before I started going to her I used have excessive back and neck pain all the time. Often being laid up for days. Since I have started seeing her we develop a plan to improve my situation and then maintain my current healthy state.

★★★★★ — Kerry, May 2026

I highly recommend Andrea for deep tissue massage and focus work. She really pays attention to what you tell her about the issues you are having and she keeps notes after every massage so that she can follow up with you at your next appointment.

★★★★★ — Elissa, Jul 2026

I can’t recommend her enough! She’s amazing at deep tissue and really excels at focused work—she knows exactly how to target problem areas and release tension where you need it most. Every session feels personalized and intentional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
