From the reviews
…I’ve gone for headaches, muscle pains, stress, overtraining, cupping and lymphatic. She is magic!
…Also, I highly recommend using the varying modals of recovery between deep tissue massage, cupping and extended fascia work...its proven to elevate the reclamation of my best mobility and health stature. I am beyond grateful to ETM!
Lindsey has proven to be a phenomenal massage therapist. She always manages to relieve my back pain from a dumb disc fusion. Then throw in some cupping for my nerve and muscle pain and I feel like a new human. A human ready to conquer the world. I highly recommend her services!
I have had a monthly standing appointment with Lindsay for over a year. I tell her that it's more than relaxation as it truly is therapy for me. I'm grateful to her as she is excellent at what she does and pays attention to details.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
