I've been coming to Escape for massages for years. It's always a perfect experience going to Kristin for a deep tissue massage -- and I highly recommend getting the Cupping add-on. It can be uncomfortable, but it extends the benefits of the massage out a couple more weeks (for me).
I treated my Husband to a complete spa day for his Birthday/Father's Day Gift. From the time he walked in and was greeted by the lovely women at the front. The Massage Therapist took him to the cozy room and gave him the best massage ever!
First time there and would definitely recommend and plan on coming back! Greeted promptly and ushered to a waiting lobby where tea and water are available. Scents and sound ambiance were perfect. My candle lit massage was amazing! Highly recommend Matt, he applied the perfect pressure and worked on target spots well.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
