From the reviews

I love this place! Hannah is a wonderfully talented masseuse who uses a wide array of modalities like cupping and lymphatic drain. I also utilize other services like the Sound Lounge for vibroacoustic therapy which I love. I feel great after 22 mins! It helps reduce my pain.

I should have done this so much sooner! I am a breast cancer survivor, and I have been struggling with lymphedema so badly that I have a hard time walking sometimes. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing group to help me through this new body after cancer!

★★★★★ — Jessica, May 2025

Oh my gosh! I don't think I have words for how wonderful this place is especially Hannah Brunk. I've been getting full body massages and cupping from her for a couple years now and I'm so happy I found her and her team. She is so magical and has a peaceful presence. I recently got a massage from Rodney and WOW!!

★★★★★ — Teresa, Jan 2024

I needed a massage that was not the usual one in a spa, but one for the pain and problems I have with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. I new the first time I went Hannah gave me what I needed. I have gone to her for years and it is so relaxing, professional, and she goes out of her way to make your experience the best.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
