From the reviews
From The minute I walked in I met Adriana, the receptionist very pleasant, very helpful very outgoing from there I met Gail. She took me through my steps of my therapy on my knee.
The atmosphere here is outstanding. Every single one of the employees make you feel right at home. They have great people skills and know how to treat you as a person and for the reason you need physical therapy. They listen to every thing you say and explain anything you do not understand.
The staff is what makes this place special. A true gem and value to the community. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, experienced and most of all compassionate. After my car accident they took on my case and worked with my attorney on a lien which was a huge financial relief.
My experience here has been amazing. The team is very friendly full of excitement and definitely ready to work with you. They have help me get better without having to have surgery this made me very happy. I recommend everyone to come stop in check them out. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
