From the reviews
10/10 recommend Dr Emily! Dr. Emily has been seeing me weekly to work on spine issues I have been dealing with for the last twenty years. Throughout that time, I have seen numerous chiro, physical therapists, orthopedics, etc. I have never seen such progress as I have with this practice over the last six weeks.
I’ve worked with Emily for several years, and I can confidently say she’s one of the best in her field. She takes a truly holistic approach to care, taking the time to deeply understand what my body needs and tailoring her treatments accordingly.
Doctor Brady and her staff are all lovely people and the treatment I have been receiving has been great. The techniques she uses before the adjustments really help my body relax and move easier and the massage afterwards is nice too.
I've been seeing Dr. Em for a short while now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She always take the time to listen to my concerns and tailor each session to my needs. The care is professional, thorough, and has really helped me improve my mobility and overall comfort. I highly recommend Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
