This place is beyond physical therapy. I am so happy to write this review and I can’t find the words to thank the management team Dina and the therapist Marry who helped me go over my real hard times with herniated disk. I came to this place broken with pain and my doctor recommended surgery .
My experience was amazing with Dr. Masoud. He helped me strengthen my ankles after a really bad fall in the park from jogging. I had a fracture in my left foot and yes it took a few months of hard work and dedication but Dr. Masoud made sure that when I was done with my sessions I was able to feel like myself again.
I went for PT at this facility and had an amazing experience. Dr. Massoud is very knowledgeable and super personable. His staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. They were very flexible and accommodating when I often needed to change my appointments due to a busy work schedule. Dr.
Dr. Masoud and his staff are phenomenal!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Very understanding, patient and definitely help you out with your injuries! Workouts take time and your pace but they definitely make you feel better! Dr. Masoud is a pain in my butt but he knows his stuff!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
