From the reviews

I had lost a lot of muscle after a hip replacement and also suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis. Still had pain in my hip. Ali and the entire staff evaluated my condition along with recommendations from my Rheumatologist. I knew it would not be a quick fix to regain muscle mass.

My experience at Elevate was excellent. They were very professional, caring, called to check on me, very easy to reschedule if need be. I’ve used them in the past and each time was excellent. The one on one experience was exceptional, and the others would come by asking how it was going.

★★★★★ — Sally, Jan 2026

I honestly don't know what I would do without the ladies of Elevate. I have had the pleasure of each one of the professional caretakers help me through several different ailments. Each one as caring and informative as the next.

★★★★★ — Robin, Mar 2026

I recently had some back issues and dry needling was recommended. I had 3 sessions with Katie and Amanda. They were and are great. They explained everything in detail and they knew what they were doing. There was no discomfort at all and after 3 sessions my back felt 100% better. Their entire staff is great too.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
