I have been to this location 3 times now. The receptionist has been the same and always so polite and lovely,so I finally asked this month and her name is Elli. I have seen my therapist Rachel now for three months and am experiencing much less lower back pain as well much needed neck relief.
Karla was wonderful and I would highly recommend her/definitely come back for another session! She was very attentive at making sure I was comfortable, and had a lovely attitude/personality. The evening receptionist (I believe her name is Tierza) was also very friendly and attentive to me during my visit.
I have been going to this Elements for almost two years now, and they ALWAYS take care of me. Zaraya is so consistent and extremely intuitive to my needs. I always walk out feeling like a new lady.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
