Y'all let me tell you, my husband and I just left and I'm on cloud 9! Typically when I get a massage I like something a little gentle because I know if I get what I "need" it's gonna hurt but this time I just knew I NEEDED a massage.
Tina was awesome! She focused on all the areas I needed and ended with me practically falling asleep because I was so relaxed. Soo appreciated that she didn’t talk because the last few times I’ve been here I’ve gotten massage therapists that wanted to talk the entire time. Will be back!!
Elements Massage always offers wonderful massage spaces that are warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The Warr Acres location is no different. The massage therapist I saw, Memori, was fantastic and really helped loosen and release the knots and tension in my muscles.
I don't normally leave reviews for anything, and I'm always one to go or not go to places based on ratings. I've been to many massage therapy places throughout the years and I will say this place was amazing! Lamond was absolutely amazing!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
