Kenzie the cupping Queen! Also she dies deep tissue legit. Just the right amount of conversation and I’m sure she would have been fine with none too if requested. This is exactly how I like my massages to hurt so good.

I guess it is true that you get what you pay for. I went in for a new client massage and it was discounted to $145/90 min from its normal price of $175. I honestly don't generally splurge that much, but it was a birthday treat to myself and I have to say it was the best massage I have received in a number of years.
Karen is absolutely wonderful and the main reason I come back. She is a light pressure massage therapist that gives the most amazing sweedish massage. She is extremely knowledgeable and has great communication throughout the whole massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
