Overdue on treating my fiancé and I! These are REAL-massage therapy session. Don’t forget to ask about the enhancements! The CBD oil made my body relaxed and smoother by the end of the service . Next time I would like to try the cupping and hot stones ! Definitely recommend! Staff are extremely friendly and funny!

I have tried massage therapy at various places over the years and honestly never had a truly great experience — until I found Ryan Eldridge. He completely changed my expectations for what massage therapy could be.
I've been a member at this Alderwood location since it opened. The owner is very responsive and the therapists speak very highly of him. The front desk staff are always professional and have excellent customer service skills. The two therapists I see (Jenni and Amanda) are AMAZING!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
