I booked a last-minute deep-tissue massage to remedy extreme pain/stress throughout my body. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Zanna, who was so warm, professional, and welcoming. The ambiance throughout the spa was incredibly relaxing.
If I could do no stars I would. Due to a "city mask mandate" I am not allowed to put my account on hold again nor am I able to cancel without a fee. When calling other locations they are accommodating. It's a shame because the therapists here are wonderful, management not so much.
I had a 90 minute massage courtesy of a friend who gifted me with this. I made my appointment online and received several messages via text and email to request completing paperwork and reminding me of my appointment as well as a call the week of.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
