I loved my first session here with Maddi. She listened to my concerns, offered empathetic support, and gave me a great massage. As an oncology patient, I was really happy that Elements had someone certified for oncology, it made me feel much more comfortable being vulnerable, yet comfortable. I will definitely be back!
Elements Massage is the best! Gomer was my massage therapist, and he did a great job hitting all the points that needed attention. He was so kind, and he catered the massage to meet my specific needs. He was mindful to check if the pressure he was applying was comfortable so I could have the best experience possible.
Great overall. Had a mixture of all experiences. Never miss with the elite and master therapists. Place is clean, smells great and is professional. Expensive but worth it. The only thing that really struck a nerve is when they cancel on you.
The atmosphere is very calming, and everything is spotless. It was so nice to be offered coconut water while I was waiting. Jansen was amazing, he helped me feel very comfortable as this was my first massage. I enjoyed it so much that I scheduled another one before I left.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
