My massage with Gale was truly amazing and relaxing. I was having a difficult time sleeping due to being pregnant and she was able to help my hip pain. The staff up front is great and the facility is always clean.

Elements is a very welcoming business. You are greeted by a friendly staff, beverages and treats are also offered in the waiting room. But what I like most of all is the services that are provided. I love the hot stone massages and feel so relaxed and healthy afterwards.
I love this location, waiting area is clean, FD has always been nice. Vibe is relaxing. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. I see Alex, Elisabeth and have seen Kevin/ they are all wonderful LMTs. Alex is amazing & gives the best deep tissue massages, trigger point therapy/ reflexology.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
