From the reviews
I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The entire atmosphere is designed for relaxation, and the seamless experience from check-in to check-out made such a difference.
Booked in no time which was great because it was last minute and didn’t think there would be availability but they got me in. I mentioned some problem areas and Mary addressed them. So glad I can walk comfortably after my visit.
Frankie was fantastic. We had a lot to talk about. She noticed my cross and the music I was listening to and it turned out, We share our faith in common and it was a wonderful time. It was my first time and that put me at ease very quickly. The massage itself was great too.
Tonya provided the best deep tissue massage I have ever had in my life (before this was at the Princeville Resort, Kauai, Hawaii in 2003) and my search is over. On top of this, she is a wonderful person whom I truly appreciated.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
