From the reviews

This was my first visit to Elements Massage in Bridgewater. The intake process was fast and easy; all my questions were answered by the wonderful staff. My massage therapist was exceptionally accommodating and focused on all my “problem” areas.

★★★★★ — Meg, Apr 2022

I don’t treat myself often, rarely even. So when my employer booked me an appointment as an early Xmas gift/Appreciation gift, I literally wept happy tears. This experience was wonderful. The front desk was welcoming and polite. It was a quick check in process.

★★★★★ — Lauren, Nov 2025

The couples massage we received was very professional and engaging. Our therapists were communicative about our needs and helpful in providing advice on things that we were dealing with in our bodies. They were both warm, friendly and professional. I felt safe and well-taken care of when our session was over.

★★★★★ — Jordin, Nov 2021

The massage therapists at Elements are all extremely professional and skilled. The quality for the price is incomparable. I no longer go to the fancy places to pay twice as much for a lackluster massage. The last time I was in, I went in for an injury.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
