Excellent and friendly front desk. Rusty was amazing. He listened to exactly what I requested and didn’t waste any time. I’ve never had someone give such a deep pressure neck massage like that. If you want someone who has the strength and technique to give a truly deep massage, this is your guy.
My back has been KILLING me every morning for the past 2 weeks - I get to work and by 10am it's like someone's stabbed me between my shoulders and I have to take a muscle relaxer and feel groggy for most of the afternoon or else not be able to focus from the aches. Got fed up and booked a massage on a whim yesterday.
This was my first massage from Elements, and the whole experience was fantastic. Booking online was so easy, and Chris quickly responded to a question I'd emailed. Corinna did my 90 min massage and it was incredible. She pinpointed my chronic problem areas and released some knots that had been there for years.
I have been coming here for a few months now and have always had a great experience. Chris and Virginia are so kind and welcoming and run the place so smoothly. The desk staff is great too. They send out email and text reminders for each appointment, which really helps a lot. My massage therapist was Rick.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
